So...
Started my day with my must-have-or-my-day-will-fringe skinny latte: Now at 120 kcal, more water less milk :) Like that!!! Still need my tablespoon of caramel syrup.
85 kcal for lunch today - not bad, and since I postponed lunch with 4 hours I'll probably won't be dinner hungry and can skip it entirely.
Little bowl of salad with a few bites of pineapple, a slice of low fat ham and low fat cheese. Didn't even finish the whole thing *pat-on-the-back-for-me*
I still have 95 kcal to go in case I get so hungry I can't sleep tonight.
And with a little exercise later to subtract from my total cal intake today I might even go below 200 kcal.
