SO, kind of ate a lot more yesterday...
Skinny latte for breakfast, soup for lunch, a diet chocolate energy bar before workout and a small chicken salad for dinner.
Burned almost all my intake of calories spinning at the gym though, but still....
Today, we're going away for the weekend so I'll have to work hard limiting my calorie intake and not letting everyone in on my secret. Eating out and not eating isn't easy....
