Expectations this morning were greeted by a welcoming number on the scale....
1 lbs down from yesterday!!
Added half a vanilla diet yogurt to my morning skinny latte for breakfast, and got a kick start with 209 kcal even before I got to work. Not good.
Especially since I without any problem could have waited with that yogurt until later.
Lunchtime now and my tummy is gnawing.
Will try to hang in there till at least 2 o'clock before I give in to it. By then the gnawing feeling might even be gone :) *I hope*
So bring on the water!!!
