Back on track

So finally feel I've left Christmas goodies and bad habits back where they belong and that I'm back on track.

Stepping on the scale this morning and being back under 53kg (116,8 lbs) was a very good feeling after jumping up and down during Xmas holidays.
Not to mention the last two weeks of feeling awfully sorry about my self and comforting my hurt me with dreamy chocolate cake and chips.

So back on track and ready to stay thin * thin * thin *

Happy New Year!

I can't believe it's already 2013 and I haven't posted here since before Christmas last year

Oh well, better get starting on an update.
As my Christmas post kind of gave away... I ate a lot this Christmas.
But thanks to my last months of dropping dead weight... I probably ate half than I normally would.
I didn't count one calorie before I ate it, but stilled summed up each day just to get a little picture of how bad it was.

Looking back I'm surprised that it wasn't as bad as I feared.
I knew I would eat more than my everyday, but hey! It's freaking Christmas.

Well, good news is, I only gained 2,5 pounds, and 1,5 of those are already gone *poof* HA HA

Now I only have to get rid of my Christmas eating habits.
