Below 200!!

And I did it!!!

One hour work out burning 229 kcal and I could indulge in a sesame crispbread with a slice of low fat pork at a total of 57 kcal.

So I end this day with net intake of 15 kcal!!!
Can't wait to hit the scale tomorrow morning.

And... I roamed the store on my way home today, adding a variety of healthy food to my fridge with low, low calories! 
Found a bunch of straight in the cup soups that I can bring to work for lunch when I need...

I'm so proud of my self right now!!!!
