Side effects of dropping calories....

I haven't felt this energetic in ages.

Went hiking in the mountains yesterday for three hours, then played 18 holes of golf, having only consumed my skinny latte and a small breakfast of just under 100 kcal :-)

And I didn't die of exhaustion!!??!!

Unfortunately I had a very good dinner which made it almost impossible to not eat.... But I did rather good I think. 
Had only one very small portion, chewing my food slowly so that I finished at the same time as the others...

But good food unfortunately have many calories even though you don't eat much...
Blah... Ended with 312 just from dinner....

And this morning of course there was bacon and eggs for breakfast!!!
