The challenge...

After a calorie loaded day yesterday I'm focused on not letting that bring my progress to a halt.

Stepped on the weight today and my progress was once again confirmed in the number 62!!
So today I'll be focusing hard on not to eat!!

I'll have a yogurt for a late lunch and a small cup of soup for dinner.

This is such a good day - and my jeans are lovingly big today 
 


Now a little inspiration  to keep me going today!!
